These terms govern your use of the Flycket wallet (the iOS and Android consumer app that lets you receive, store, share, and redeem offers from businesses). Please read them carefully.
By using the Flycket wallet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the wallet.
The Flycket wallet is operated by Filywox Ltd (company number 12552237), a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is House 12, Castle Hill, Windsor, England, SL4 1PD.
In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Filywox Ltd. "You" and "your" mean you, the person using the wallet.
You can contact us at privacy@flycket.com.
The Flycket wallet is a mobile app that lets you:
The wallet is free to use. There are no fees to install it, claim offers, or redeem them.
The wallet is pseudonymous by default. You do not need to create an account, give us your name, or provide an email address to use it. A unique wallet identifier is generated on your device when you first open the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Flycket wallet. By using the wallet, you confirm that you are 13 or older.
Some offers may be subject to additional age restrictions imposed by the issuing business (for example, alcohol-related offers). It is your responsibility, and the responsibility of the issuing business, to comply with any such restriction at the point of redemption.
Offers in the Flycket wallet come from the businesses that issue them, not from Flycket. We provide the platform that lets a business create an offer and lets you claim, share, and redeem it. We do not provide the goods, services, or experiences that the offer entitles you to.
This means:
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that businesses on the Flycket platform act in good faith, but we do not pre-vet every offer or every business in detail.
When you first open the Flycket wallet, your device generates a random unique identifier (your "wallet ID") and stores it locally in a secure area of your device's storage.
Your wallet ID, your claimed offers, and your activity history are stored on your device and on our servers, and identify your wallet, not your real-world identity.
There is no password, login flow, or account recovery mechanism. Anyone with physical access to your unlocked device may have access to your wallet. You are responsible for the security of your device.
If you lose your device, factory-reset it, or move to a new device, your existing wallet — including all claimed offers — will not be transferred or recoverable. You will need to start a fresh wallet on the new device. Offers you had claimed but not redeemed will remain valid on the original device, if you can recover it, until they expire on the issuing business's schedule.
We may introduce a wallet-transfer feature in the future. If we do, we will update these terms accordingly.
When you use the Flycket wallet, you must not:
We may suspend or permanently terminate access to the Flycket wallet for any wallet that breaches these terms.
If you share an offer using the wallet's share feature:
If you grant the wallet permission to send you push notifications, we may use that permission to send you:
You can revoke notification permission at any time in your device settings.
We do not send you marketing emails.
The Flycket name, logo, app, and underlying platform are owned by Filywox Ltd or our licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use those except as needed to use the wallet for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of any content you provide (for example, your display name). By providing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, and display that content as needed to operate the wallet.
The content of an individual offer (its title, description, image, and terms) is provided by the issuing business and remains the property of that business or its licensors.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://admin.flycket.com/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these terms by reference.
We aim to keep the Flycket wallet available and working, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may suspend or restrict access to the wallet for maintenance, security, or operational reasons, with or without notice.
We may also withdraw, change, or update features of the wallet at any time. Where a change is material and adverse to you, we will use reasonable efforts to give you advance notice, where practical.
The Flycket wallet is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, conditions, and other terms (including any implied terms of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and reasonable skill and care) in relation to the wallet.
We do not warrant that:
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:
Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Flycket wallet, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, is limited to £100.
We are not liable for:
You can stop using the Flycket wallet at any time, by uninstalling the app from your device.
We can suspend or terminate your access to the wallet, with or without notice, if:
On termination, the rights granted to you under these terms cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 9, 10, 12, 13, 16, and 17) will survive.
You can request deletion of your wallet and all associated data at any time, in line with section 10 of our Privacy Policy. Email privacy@flycket.com with the subject line "Delete my wallet", and we will guide you through the procedure.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and the version number at the top of this document.
If the changes are material, we will require you to re-accept the updated terms inside the wallet before continuing to use it. Continued use of the wallet after a material update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The current version is always available at https://admin.flycket.com/wallet-terms.
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Flycket wallet, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, except that if you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
